exhaust question

My dad has an 04 and the local ford garage changed manifold gaskets started it up and it still had an exhaust leak. They told him it is a flex pipe between the manifolds and the turbo that cracked. I told him we could probably change it and save him some money on labor. So I am just looking for advice on the best way to go about doing this. Thanks for any help.

It is on the back side of the engine on the passanger side and it is a pain in the ass to get to. I had mine done when I did my EGR delete.
