Factory exhaust brake work with S300?

I got a buddy with a 01 that has a factory exhaust brake. Will a s300 frame charger work ave be able to keep the brake? The s3 has the hx40 downpipe, but wasn't sure if someone made a adapter or a way to make it work.

No, the outlet of the turbine housings are completely different. If you really want an exhaust brake, I have one for sale, but required on board air.
