Factory fog lights, will they work?

I have factory fog lights on my 99 Ram. [chrome bumper] I am changing to a sport conversion & wondering if the fog lights will work in the sport bumper? Harness the same?
 
The lights might work, but I know the mount is different. You can buy some brand new ones with the mount on Ebay for around $100, I think. I also am pretty sure that the harness is the same as well.

harness will work but you will need to splice in some additional wire. The sport bumper fog lamps are farther apart than the chrome bumper. And you will have to buy sport fog lamps with the mount.They are completly different from the ones you have for the chrome bumper.

You are sure that the plug is the same on the lights? Thanks man.
 
My truck was an 02 with the chrome front end. After I did the sport conversion all I did for the fog lamps was buy the sport lamp/bracket assembly from the dealer and lengthen my original harness. I can only assume the 99 is the same way. IIRC that style sport package was 99-02.
