So I paid James 3 weeks ago now for a ht3b and still no turbo. I paid him on the 7th of June and never got it. I text him the 14th of June and he said his sister was in an accident in Texas and he had to go get her and he'd mail it first thing when he got back. I thought okay he had a family emergency but I never got it. Now he isn't answering my texts or phone calls. I know he lives in Thomas County, Georgia. Is there anyone near Thomas County that could help me get my turbo or my money back? Thanks
