FASS 150/180 question

I'm running the fass 150/180 and got my gauge hooked up finally and am seeing only 45psi max, is this normal pressure for this system, I have tried pulling the spring and the brass piece out of the factory regulator and lost 10psi. My system currently is set up the way fass directions said, I'm gonna be eliminating the factory regulator and lines to the heads soon but don't want to proceed till I got the pump working right first.
 
Maybe the FASS has the wrong spring in it by mistake? Contact Dan at FASS through the site here...I'm sure he'll have some suggestions.
I gutted my factory regulator and added an adjustable one on the return hose....It's rock solid on pressure wherever I set it at.
 
They have 2 springs for it. One makes it run at 45 and the other is 60psi

New spring should be on its way to ya by the time you read this.....
 
Damn...now that is customer service! I know where I will look first for a pump/separation set-up...

Got it in and works awesome, the gauge goes straight to 60psi:rockwoot: ,thanks for the help Dan.
