Truck is an 01 2500 Auto.

I broke my Airtex LP and was wondering how well the Fass ddrp would work if I used it as a Pusher.
My truck is all stock at the moment but I was wondering how long this LP would last if I were to start upgrading. I just don't wanna have to buy similar parts over and over again. I'd like to get it right the first time.

So how well of a product is this and what are it's Limitations?

Thanks,

Well, unfortunately, this is my DD and only vehicle. I'm a little low on funds and I need a pump ASAP! The reason I was asking was because I found the FASS ddrp for a little over $250 Brand New and they advertise a 33% gain over stock. I was just wondering how well of a product they actually were and if this pump would get me by.

I was also looking at Vulcan Performance and I found the Big Line Upgrade for the FASS with 1/2 Lines. I know this wouldn't be necessary but it would help out a bit correct?

If you want to get it right the first time, get an Airdog.

How much power you are looking for will depend on how quickly you will outgrow it.

well all i know from my trials is a hypertec and rv275's it will not keep up and this is prolly 2 of the mildest mods you can have just spend another 150 and atleast get a raptor $389 i think

It's hard as hell to beat a raptor for the money. Airdog would be better but if you can't afford it get a raptor. If you cheap out on your lift pump your gonna be trying to figure out how to cheap out on an injection pump when that goes bad. Do it right the first time man

Sounds like RJM is helping you out but the only down side to a raptor is the lack of filtration that the airdog has. But you can get it in 100gph with higher pressure or 150gph with slightly lower pressure. Cant remember pressure differences off the top of my head and i dont feel like researching from my iphone lol. Great warranty and good company to deal with.

If you are going to get a raptor I would go ahead and get the big line kit. Its worth the extra money to keep the pressure up. IIRC you lost 2-3 psi running through the stock banjo bolts.

you should try searching before asking questions that have been answered time and time again
