feeler on parting out 92 d350

Got a 92 d350, no title i just want the motor and trans out of it and thinking about parting the rest of the truck out. not really interested in changing vin and all that. A buddy of mine has a 92 also that he's giving to me with title so i'm putting the motor and trans in it. Would anybody be interested in parts of this thing? The only dents in it are on the driver front fender all the way at the bottom, and one on the bed, driver side but can probably be pulled out. other then that its pretty straight just starting to get a little ruff on the paint side of it.

Or will trade for a good running 24v that i can put my ppump on
