Have been working on getting the truck to not smoke like a freight train and use some of the fuel and was finally able to get there this weekend. Now I have a flame out the stack and the EGT's went through the roof 2000 degrees with about 28 oz of water. I think I will bump up the fuel another 50 to 80cc and see if I can cool this thing down before I burn it down. As you can see by the video the pipe was so hot it lit the unburnt fuel at the end when I was trying to keep it running. This was the first run with the new Gov on it still a little touchy.

Pretty decent flame but I've seen worse. I'd put some more fuel to it, it was really clean going down the track, maybe you could get some cooling effect back by adding some back. $.02

im not really into sled pulling, but BAD ASS truck and pull man, get the heat issue cleared up and you should be good to go. :rockwoot:

Video doesn't do it justice... It looked good...

Since more timing will get you out of the bowl, I'd start with a little more fuel and go from there...

maybe put more fuel to it or back the timing off some and ive seen worse 2 ive seen that out of a set of stacks lol

First vid was a bit lean, second looked good! Climb that pile!

It's the same pump but with an RSV the other needed some repair work on the Gov so I figured it was time to upgrade. It's nice having the flexability of the external fuel screw so I can tune it alot easier. I was never able to clear the smoke up with the other set up. I did bump my pop off up a little while I was at it.

I did have the pump set pretty lean on the first vid about 330cc to 350cc the second was 430cc to 450cc.

i didnt get it either, you said you added 60cc but posted numbers 100 greater

lol

how does the fuel screw work?
