Fire ring/re-torque question

I'm in a bind and need some advice: I need to make an emergency drive and tow, but I feel as though I may have a loss of compression between 2 cylinders. I don't have time to pull the cab to send the motor for decking, and put it back together with new fire rings with a one week notice-

1) If I were to do a retorque to 140 and take it super easy on the skinny pedal, are my chances it'll make it high enough to take the risk?

2) The head hasn't been retorqued since I've owned in it 1.5 years, do I need to ARP lube still?

I haven't done a compression test on the motor to verify it's losing compression somewhere, I'm not leaking coolant, EGT's aren't any higher than normal, but I AM leaking oil out the vents due to what I feel is the secondary turbo pressurizing the return oil line-but that's only at high to full boost (pegs a 60 PSI guage in the blink of an eye). I do feel that I've lost power, but nothing substantial.

Advice?

yes you need arp lube. go to 140. and go a hot and cold retorque. on the cold retorque i would recommend breaking the nut loose and then torqueing it up again. sometimes it will take more than 140lbs to break the nut loose even though its not that tight.

Thanks for the info. I can't find much info on torqueing with fire rings, let alone installation...
