First hook of the season

Man that is a awesome running truck, it ran smooth right down the track. You could definitly tell a difference between the first and second vid.
 
i thought about doing that but i decided to break mine instead, i seemed like a better idea at the time.. u couldn't get any luckier to have it let go infront of the dang trailer, all u can do is laugh. I was impressed with the first run but kind of expected more, i was on the phone during the second run but looked up and thought damn thats more like it..
 
Whats your set up consist of destination? Curious what you saw for egts. And i thought your truck was a manual?
 
it was running around 3-3500 down the track. Thats in 3rd low converter locked.
 
Yeah he was there, not sure how many times he ran but he said something in the clutch broke on his last run.
 
Yup house was there. He made a hook in 3rd low then a hook in 2nd high and it seemed to like a great pass for him except his clutch is getting pretty weak. I got a good vid I'll post up when I get home.

I ended up breaking my passenger side axle on the first hook but didn't know it was broken til my 3rd hook. There was a good turnout though.
 
Yeah we noticed that too when you came off the line the last time. Looks like you have yourself a pretty good running rig though.
What was the guy's name with the white truck that looks similar to kusilek's? The white and blue dmax
