First Time on the dyno

Tomorrow I might go dyno at the Bully Dog Dyno day. I have two main questions. I just bought the Hot Unlock for my juice and I haven't seen any numbers on the difference in the hot and extreme. So my thought was that I would make the First pull on Hot and the second on extreme third on Hot. Does that sound like the right sequence to do so for a better comparison of the two settings?

Also I have a lockup switch and I was wondering if i should hit it then let the RPM's go down then lay into it? Or just leave it be? Should I ride the brake and spool the hell out of it?
