Fleece only ones with low profile shock mounts?

Looking for other companies that make these plates, might be me but I think $85 is a little much for these plates.

I made my own just used the old tree as a pattern might look a little nicer if you buy from fleece but I also like to build my own things.

I'd say 3/8". 1/4 might be on the light side.
