Flexplate shield??

For 2.6 class the rules state that we have to have a blanket meeting 4.1 SFI spec, a flexplate meeting 29.1 SFI spec and a flexplate shield meeting 30.1 SFI spec. I've got the blanket and the flexplate, and now we have to have a flexplate shield. Am I understanding this right?
