I know that they may be experiencing difficulties in their phone lines but I need to some how get in touch with John. I sent him my pump two weeks ago and have yet to make contact with him either by phone or email. I at least need to know if he has even received the pump. i normally havent had any problem contacting him or getting him to call me back. i'll pm ya the number i have and you can try it, if its different than the one you have.
