Had these lights for about a year, loved the way they looked, just wanted to go to something simpler looking. Lights will come with hid bulbs, both ballast, and a hi/low capable harness. The hid bulbs currently in them are NOT hi/ lo beam. All of the wiring and plugs for the lights is there. They have been installed once so the wiring was chopped, and will need a lil tlc. Price for complete package is $75 plus shipping, obo.
