not to sound dumb, but what is the difference between these and another st of ddp 250 comps??? what do you mean by set at 73 lpm?

they flow more fuel. regular 250 are set at 65 lpm. lpm is liters per minute when measured with a air flow gauge.

is there any difference in just the nozzles vs buying the whole injector?

no just cheaper and you just put them in, versus swapping out nozzles
