Would This Be A Good Box For Someone That Tows A 3 Car Trailer For A Living? With A Standard Output 03 238hp@2700rpm?

If you keep it on level 2, it will be good for a person who tows. This way, it won't get too hot with a heavy load going uphill...and with the rail pressure increase, the duty cycle may drop, netting a tad more mileage too...

That all depends on the individual's driving style, of course.
