Ford dealership you prefer

I was wondering if you prefer a dealership near you. SO if one would fly out and buy a truck and drive it straight to your shop to have the goodies applied who would you prefer. Also i would like to know how much extra would the stainless steel lines be for the fuel system for the 6.0. Thanks for your time and hopefully your service.
