found cracks and wheel contact in my exhaut housing

Just finished porting the exhaust housing on my silver bullet 66. as i finished cleaning it up to put it back together i noticed a contact spot in the housing and a crack in the housing right next to it. This turbo only has 5k on it and barely installed for a year. What are your thoughts on this should i just smooth out the small spot or replace it or just throw it in the trash and get a better turbo.

this crack is better the divider in the housing there are several others like it but this is the largest?

Smooth it out and run it.

Well if that's all I gotta makes me happy figured I get it all done and then fond out its junk be my luck

Nah.. My turbine housing has worse cracks in divider.. It hasn't failed me yet
