freeze plugs in the head

Whats the easiest way to installl freeze plugs in the head?
got my new head in and it didnt have any and i have never done the job before. I would prefer to not have to take it anywhere or use any special tooks if possible.

You could proabably just use a socket, but this isn't that expensive.
