Front Bumper Cover

Selling an Extreme Dimensions SRT DuraFlex front bumper cover.
Part number: 103802. Online is says it fits 02-05 Dodge Ram trucks.

When I purchased it I was told by the vendor that it was a bumper replacement, but turns out it's a cover.

Paid $220 (not including freight shipping)
Asking $100.
