I suggest to interested parties they obtain the serial number of the device and send it to sales@efilive.com for verification first. There have been a number of fraudulent purchases made over the last 8 weeks that will not be supported.

I'm not suggesting that the OP is involved, just pointing out you'd want to check those details on second hand purchases.
