Fuel Issues

Ok so this morning when i went to fire my truck up it wouldnt start. I looked down at my fuel pressure gauge and realized it was on 0. I have a belt driven fuel pump a holley blue on a toggle switch and i beleive i have the stock in tank pump to. I had to use the holley to get it started this morning. My fuel pressure came up slow it hovered around 11 psi until i made it to town and it was back to normal at 16 psi. Has my stock lift pump gone out? Or Fuel filter change?

I would start by process of elimination, you have too many variables. It could be any component of any of your fuel systems, really!

Well i got to lookin at it today and realized that the stock transfer pump has been removed. Is there a stock fuel pump in the tank? Or was the transfer pump the only stock pump?

The lift pump pulls fuel from the tank. There is no pump in the tank. Is your
holley blue leaking?
