Does any body have a opion on how I can increase my fuel milage... 160 pump 15-16 degrees, 150 injectors, stock turbo 4:10 gears and 6 speed dually ... Been Avageing bout 11

-Timing to 18deg
-Bring back your preboost fueling screw (back of AFC)
-Adjust your AFC to come on slow enough to keep EGTs down
-Higher fuel pressure
-Clean fuel filter
-Check there are no boost leaks
-4" or 5" exhaust
-190deg Tstat (you should have this if you're got the Cummins 2001 tstat)
-Higher tire pressure
-Cut weight
-Valance/AirDam on the front of the truck

Good luck. I've been trying to get better mileage since going to 37's. I am currently pulling down 15-17mpg and I usually do a pull at least once every time I drive it.
When I was on 35's and leveled, I would average about 20-23mpg, and even pulled down 26mpg once driving through the UP.

Thinks for the tips .... My afc has been gutted...going to try bumping up my timing And fuel pressure.... Just like to see it up around 15 or 16 mpg....this is my fourth ppump 24v but my first dually and 410 gears also first 160 pump... Best driving setup that I've had but also the worse milage but 6/7 mpg

cruising speed down to about 2000 rpm. make sure its out of boost while cruising. advance timing to where it runs good.

mine is at 22.5 degrees by the dial indicator.
mine is a 12v 5x16 and a 66/71.

put the guts back in the afc and adjust the spring to start moving about 8-12 psi
dial in preboost screw until the turbo lights nice. shouldent be difficult with 150s.

rpm is not your friend if I am in a hurry and drive 85 mph 23-2500 rpms my mileage dips to 11-12 mpg range
70-75 mph is right at 2000 rpms and I will get little over 20 mpg
