Fuel Mileage Between 100's & 150's ???

What kind of fuel mileage differense steady 75mph truck only between 100 hp & 150 hp injectors? I guess the Jammers. Truck does 17mpg now & figured if the injectors pick up the mileage & the power might as well being just paid $3.45 a gallon. Thinking about 100's to save on the head gasket.EGT's already run 850 at that speed with stockers.
