Fuel pressure problems

I have an 08 dodge 3500. Fully deleted, 5inch turbo back and fass 150, When i get on it for a longer period it throws a p0100 code for fuel rail pressure loss. Is it because i have stock injectors and cp3? only does it if i'm pushing it pretty hard.

Well there's kind of two things it could be a failing cp3 or your rail plug could be popping off early. With out data logging an seen what's going on with the rail pressure it's kinda a guess. A rail shim kit is cheap an fairly easy to install I'd start with one of those.
