Yep your diesel sending unit will slide right in. Only thing, that one there is doesn't look like a 30 gallon tank. Not that that's gonna matter if you have a hole in your tank. In case you didn't know, you can find out what size tank it is, the capacity is 'cast' or stamped so to speak on the bottom of the tank, look for raised numbers.
That gasser sending unit is basically the same just it will have an electric pump inside the sender.
