I have an ATS built transmission with billet input shaft and triple lock converter. It was put in last spring and probably has 8 hooks on it. It is in a 1997 dedicated 2.5" puller that has probably seen 5 miles of total driving since it was put in. Works perfectly....just going another route. $2900.00 OBO no core.
OR will trade for complete NV4500 setup with at least a dual disk but probably going to a triple disk clutch

will it fit in an 01? i have a nv4500 in my truck that i would maybe be willing to make some kind of deal. it was an auto so it shouldnt be too hard to change i back, i hope.

I know the 01 had a 47RE in it...so you would have to double check but I assume so...

They did a solenoid change somewhere around 99, the trans are the same just change electronics I think.

Yes somewhere in the 99-2000 time frame the electronics of the VB were changed. Used a different gov pressure sensor.

Damn... Wish I had a clutch to go with it.. I've already got the NV4500 out of the truck. Even has a SBC shaft. Clutch is a single and toast though

I believe the 47RE is in from 96-02 but there were a few valve body changes in the later years...I know this one would work in a 96-98 without changing anything I believe but could maybe make it work for later one...I could check though....

I have built nv4500 with big input, south bend dual disc. sled pullin clutch, heat treated/cryo treated gears, fresh rebuilt last 5k miles, and newer style top with bd short shift kit. I am looking for an auto to do a swap what would it take to convert your trans to 2wd and mine to 4wd for a swap. Also what would it take to make the 47re work in a 95 model the complete pcm?

What do you mean when you say fully built? Full Billet Input, Output and Intermediate? Clutches?
