Pin # 3 on the forward most connector on the pcm is a y/grn wire thats the ground signal for reverse lights relay. I tied this to the switch on the trans and grounded the other side ofthe switch. My trucks an 05. hopefully this helps somebody.
 
Did you buy your trans with the plug in it? I bought a reman and don't have one, not sure where to get it.

Please list the year and original equipment your truck had in it (this will help guys know if your info is appicable to them).
Which connector are you referring to? The one closest to the headlights (auto transmission if there are three) or the one closest to the firewall.
