i think you would have to change the flange to whatever size v-band is on the stock charger. i think the 400's are a 4" but i could be wrong. also its for a 2nd gen manifold setup but it looks like your fine there.

i have the stock seats, stock 3rd brake light, looking to trade factory 3.73 for some 4.10, the power puck, stock cam, headbolts, valve springs, and a few other items as well. the entire exhaust has been sold. let me know if you are intersted in anything im tired of looking at this stuff. thanks
 
Yes its the complete split bench with the flip up middle console. It may work on the 07 not 100% for sure though. I know the cloth is different in the newer ones but i would imagine all the bracketry would be the same
 
do you still have that downpipe? i think the s400 is a 5" outlet, i need one for my twins.
