Check out our latest adventure. 1977 Jeep CJ5 conversion. BUT, our Cummins 12 Valve was not put into the Jeep..... The Jeep body is being put on a modified chassis from a 1994 Dodge 2500 4x4. Just got started good on it this weekend. Hope to have it ready by our next shop day in November. Here are some pics.......

The man just can't get enough of this Diesel Thing!!!

Jeff, Your the man!!!

The Interceptor is over beside the Jummins in the bay....And my little VW TDI is outside. I'm famous!!! LOL you got the back of my head too Amy!!! lol

Are you going to section the frame to get the CJ body in line, or stretch the body?

I vote for sectioning the frame. Although rear driveshaft length might be a killer on that deal.

I just took a closer look at the pictures, so did y'all already section the frame? Just going to stretch the nose on the jeep to enclose the engine now?

Looks really heavy.

:)

Yes thats what we are going to do..we are going to put a roll cage around the whole body and all..we cut about 3 os so foot out the dodge frame..and the back drive shaft will proably only be around 4 or 5 inches long...

You know, I've always thought it would be good to drop a 12 valve into a Jeep-Kaiser M-715. A 1 ton Jeep pick-up with a drop top and a twin-turbo 12 valve :rockwoot:
Josiah

You are a unfit jeep owner. Your Jummins will now be placed in the custody of carl jr.

You never know what's next.
