Gas/diesel 47rh tranny differences

will a trans out of a 95 dodge 1500 with a gas motor idk what size motor interchange with my 47rh out of my 12v? ex. can i swap them

The transmission gurus will know better than me, but I believe the input shafts are different sizes as well as lighter duty planetary gear sets. I'm also inclined to think the governor assembly in the overdrive section would be different (assuming the gas engine shift points occur at higher engine speeds).
 
Off the top of my head, different bellhousing/bolt pattern, likely lighter duty (4 pinion) planetary gearsets, lower clutch counts in the various clutch assy`s and the governor weights are lighter.
 
No it will not work. A 47rh or re from a v10 truck would, but i think the valve body and TC are different.
 
so taking taking the valve body out of my 47rh outta my 12v and converter out and putting it in the gas 47re wont work
