Gauge Questions

1.) what is the difference between stepper and non-stepper?
2.) What kind of boost reading do I need or is standard drill and tap best?

Stepper gauges tend to have a smoother sweep. I like to compare it to how a Rolex operates. You wont get a jittery reading, it will smoothly go up or down. Non stepper is just a plain old gauge. Both work just fine.

The best way to get your boost reading is to drill and tap. Dont mess with the map sensor junk. Hope this helps!
