Ok, so I'm thinking about going w/ a smarty programmer because of future mods. Instead of H&S's mini-max. But if I do, I will need guages. So my question is this; what guages should I get? The truck is an 09' 6.7 2500 w/ a hand shaker. I know I will need, boost and egt. But not sure what else I should get for guages. Rail pressure? Dodge is all new to me. So any input would be great! On a side note, the smarty will be able to clear the dpf and egr deletes that I plan on putting on correct? If so does it stay hooked up? Or is it a simple "dpf and egr are deleted" check.

fuel feed psi, rail pressure, egt, and boost are a good set for your application. The smarty is the simple way you explained just off it does not stay connected.
 
Sweet thanks! Where can a guy find a gauge for rail pressure?
 
isspro EV2 has factory matched gauges for everything youre looking for... at a minimum i'd monitor rail pressure egt and boost
