gear drive supply pump

whats all needed above and beyond, front cover, lines, regulator, vac pump gear. I'm questioning our 150-185 ff sys, also what types of pumps ar there to use. what psi are you running safely to your p7100's

You will also need a drive for the pump. Most are 3/8" hex and you will need to mod the vacuum pump and weld it to the shaft.

As for psi not more then 45 I have been told.

I'm in the process of retrofitting an ISX fuel pump.

Hows 6 GPM at 250 PSI and 2600 RPM sound?

You can have a billet front cover made that mounts the pump on the fan side, the fun part is mating the pump to the vacuum pump gear.

After talking to Keating, you have the option to broach the threaded end of the ps pump gear, or you can weld a 10mm (or 3/8") socket to the end of the gear.


Past that is up to you.
