This rebuild kit is brand new never opened and works on several Holset turbos... HX35 HX40, HY35, HE351. I bought this a year ago to rebuild my HX35 but I never got around to it. Never opened it, everything is there and yes its the real deal, genuine parts. Asking $100 shipped.
