Get in touch with BOB

Does anyone know how to get in touch with Bob. I've emailed and called the number on his site with no response.
My truck was totaled with no possible way of getting the tune back.
I just need to figure out a way to talk with him so that I can get my smarty back up and running for my new truck.
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

There is no magic trick for me to unlock your smarty. If I could help I would.

If you had the ecm then I could unlock on the bench. If you don't then I am out of options.
