getting ready to order the haisley conversion kit was told it had most every thing i will need for the conversion???? is there any other parts that i need to be looking for that the kit will not include? and last can the conversion be done in a couple days hard work or is it a timely process?

the kit from scheids is more complete and cheaper from what ive gathered. it can be done in a weekend.

i heard taht ther are a couple extra modifications that u have to do to the 01 and 02's what are they and what do they consist of?

Cam sensor adaptor plate in the back on the timing case so your tach will work and your system will charge..comes in scheids kit..nothing else that I know of different for 01 and 02's

yep, I believe that's the only extra thing on the later models.

ive got all the pieces for my swap and it cost me $1100
$600 for the pump, case, gear, oil lines, pump bracket, throttle cable, case cover, oil fill tube, tps, shutdown solenoid,and pump linkage
$415 for the conversion lines from pure diesel power
and the rest on gaskets and a snap on injection pump wrench

wow rino u just look around and find it off parted out trucks??? thats a heck of a lot cheaper than the kits that come without a pump
