Does anybody have a good way to unplug/remove the harness without fukkin it up. These damn brittle plastic piece of shyts. Does the removal tool actually work?

In my opinion, no these just suck. I have had to break them into pieces just to get them out of the head. Easiest way is with the injectors out, pop them out with a pry bar or small lady foot. I always replace harnesses and all glow plugs on a side if one goes bad.

That's the way its normally gone. Tryin to see if there might be a better way.

We use the removal tool at the dealership and it seems to work pretty well. Just be patient.

That's the same as the OTC one except Orange and it says strap on, on it

I leave them in the rocker boxes, and when I pull those, I push them out from the backside with a socket, never break them. That is, of course, if you're digging in that far. I have a bad glow plug and have been sitting on it for a long time waiting to pull the heads for studs, knowing full well I'd likely break that stupid harness doing it before.
