good order of fuel mods and emissions

Im looking at the fuel mods i want to do injectors, fuel plate, afc mod and tune, delivery valves, valve springs, and exaust and was wondering what the typical order is? my injectors are past there life span so i figured those first probably 50hp. now if i mod my afc and tune it then do any of the other mods will i have to re tune my afc or should it stay the same?

now if i do these mods should i beable to tune my afc and boost elbow to still pass emissions?

depends upon how strict your emissions laws are some are any smoke at all on the rev test its an automatic fail. Do they check for exhaust noise also will they look for the factory cat in the exhaust just a few things to think about
