Got my ppump motor, few questions

Ok so I picked up my p pump motor today for $200 bucks!!
I think it is off of some kind of farm machine because it has an aftercooler for a intake manifold instead of a horn style, and spin on type fuel filter..

I was wondering if I should use the 12v motor fuel filter and the stock lines, or should I make my oem filter work?

I want to use the 12v lift pump so I don't have to spend any extra money..

Will the factory banjo style fuel lines flow enough fuel or should I upgrade to larger lines?
 
You should be able to make the stock OEM filter work. If you are using the 12v lift pump your going to have to by another cam.
