I just bought my second diesel vehicle, the first being a 1986 Mercury Topaz 5speed. I wish I still had that little car...

The second vehicle being a 2002 Dodge 2500 5 speed with a Cummins.

Quite a difference, eh?

I'm interested in upgrading my truck's performance and look forward to reading all of your suggestions.
 
Good purchase!. You'll need fuel and air and a programer. Bigger turbo maybe a 66/14mm and 120hp-150hp sticks. I like the Edge juice/ attitude programer. The edge works real nice. Since its a manual your going to want a dual disk clutch if you start making big numbers. Billit shafts for you trans would be a good idea. Since you'll have it apart a set of 12mm head studs wouldn't be a bad idea. Have fun...

And at what point would I start to make what you consider big numbers?

I'd also like to find out exactly what I have as far as my drivetrain goes. I tried looking for specs to see what front axle the 3/4 ton trucks have but I didn't have any luck.
