Grid heater not working

Now that its getting cold i have noticed that my grid heaters arnt working. The relays have good power coming from the batteries but no signal from the ecm. Anyone have any ideas?

bad wire did you check to see if you have continuity through the wire from the ecm? maybe a ground issue check all the connections
