H&S Video in motion problems

I installed my h&s mini maxx this weekend along with the unlock codes, everything worked properly and says video in motion unlocked and enabled, but I still cant enter destination unless I am below 10 mph or so. Not sure if the dvd works or not yet

there are two possible factory head units. the VIM unlock only works on ONE of the two
