Truck will randomly cut out for a split second under a load. No load it wont do it unless i cram her thru the floorboards. I have heard everything from bad crank sensor, cam sensor, not enough fuel and bad vp44. Where do I go from here. No check engine light, no smoke I am at a loss here. Beating myself over the head. Love this truck. Need it fixed bad. Please help. :bang
 
Okay I have a buddy with a snap on scan tool. If i have codes i will post them. if no codes where do i go from there?
 
What mods do you have on your truck? Do you know what your fuel pressure is?
 
I have a BHAF intake. Straight 3in exaust, and a superchips programmer. not sure about the fuel pressure but the lift pump is brand new about 3,000 miles ago.
 
Sounds like the vp is dying on you. Need to get a fuel pressure gauge to check Fp going to IP. If its a stock replacement pump it can not handle the demand of fuel you need.
 
Not if the vp is already bad. You do need a better lift pump anyway since you have a programmer.
