got my setup all together Jim helped with pump swap and afc tunning. my question is should i have an idle haze?

15-15.5/1cr Mahle Marines
13mm 600cc pump
ddp4's
25*timming

plate is all way back, afc has washers, gsk spring in afc, and afc set with shop air for 35psi.

done just about everything i could think of and what Jim suggested i do. Only thing is i havnt sent the ddp's off for pop test yet.

you guys think my above list should be hazing like this?

Street truck? Or track duty only? Off topic but I saw the fass in the bed and was wondering?

My truck hazes like that with a 13mm pump and 25* timing. It hazes less with my f-1 injectors (mach-6) than my DDP Comp 250's. Lowering timing to 22* helped a lot. I imagine your comp ratio adds to the problem with haze also.

sounds to me like the perfect combination for idle haze wether the enigne is cold or hot, also the extra fuel pressure from the FASS seems to make the 12v's haze more at idle. a built 13mm pump, lowered comrpessrion, marine commonrail pistons, and large injectors, if it didn't haze, i would think something was wrong.... but that's just mee. heck my truck right now with 370's, 20deg. of timing, and damn near stock compression ratio will haze when cold, and just a little when hot, but like i said that has alot to do with the fass, it takes about 30 sec. for it to start to haze at ilde when the engine is hot. sounds like a good combo! wouldn't be worried about the haze at all.
