I couldn't find one when I was looking to build a hotpipe for compound turbos, i ordered a 4" one from pure diesel power and had my 3.5" tubing flared/beveled to 4"

Are you looking for the cast iron adapter that clamps between the turbine housing and the pipe?
Like the one attached to the turbo below?
