HE351CW upgrade help

I'm building a set of twins including an HE351CW and and very seriously considering upgrading to a super HX40 turbine wheel.. The 64mm 10 blade wheel. Basically making my HE351CW a super super HX40 at 60/64/9..

Anyone have any feedback on upgrading their HE351CW?
 
I ran that exact turbo for a while, still running it actually but with a 64 compressor. The bigger turbine was a good upgrade, worth it in my opinion.
 
how did you like it? did you run the 351 stock and then do the upgrade? I ran a 351 for a few years and loved it. just thinking the super 40 wheel should give me more top end out of the turbo. truck is my DD and tow rig. pairing it with an HT60 turbo
 
It was a decent upgrade if you're sticking with the 351 as a single. Slightly more lag, maybe 200rpm or so. It def let's the exhaust breath easier, felt much more free flowing.

My opinion though if you're doing compounds just drill and smooth the gate and run it. The stock turbine will do 6-700hp in compounds, if you want more than that I'd get a different turbo anyway.
