Heres some pics of the set up I'll be running on my 12v. Ill be using boost to move the cylinder out to open the collar and a spring to close it to an adjustable set screw so its dosnt go into exhaust brake mode. I dont plan on utilizing the exhaust break with my auto trans at least for now anyways. I plugged the exsisting holes on the flange and re-drilled and tapped it to T3. Im also using the HX40 style downnpipe which to my understanding wouldnt work without modifications but it seems to line up and clamp fine on the bench. I know there is a million threads on here already on this believe me Ive read them all. I just thought Id post my set up also. Im also doing 370 Marines when I finally get the turbo on. Let me know what ya think!:thankyou2: More pics to come!!

I have a wastegate actuator on mine and I'm wanting to redo it this summer with a double acting cylinder like yours. Most of the ones like your setup take apart the cylinder and put a spring in it to make sure the collar closes. Heres mine.

It moves pretty quick 10psi of drive pressure but not sure what all the way open is. I don't think it is moving enough tho. I never put shop air on it to test it.

What DV's are you running? have you had it on the dyno with your current set up? just asking because my set up is gonna be pretty close to what yours is, 191's, 4ks, 370's and of course the vgt..

Not sure on the dvs I'm gonna pull them tomorrow and see what they are. The previous owner just said they were bigger but they fuel hard so I'd say they are 191s. I run 10psi at 55mph and 15psi at 70mph so I'm gonna cut the fuel back and see if I can get boost lower cuz fuel milege went down a lot.
