I have a 351vgt works fine and has very little side to side not bad at all still pretty tight. It came off a truck that had 50k miles. I just put a new cast compressor wheel on it and cleaned it up and looks good. All the electronics work good as well. $450. You can text me for pics 5133075584 and i will split shipping with you.
 
Key word craigslist most everything on there is **** or youll get robbed when you go to pick up a turbo. The turbo has 50k miles and is in good shape and i just put a new compressor wheel in it so i think price is fair and im paying for shipping.
 
Fair enough! I guess I didnt think of it that way. And that's a good point. I dont think I'd buy a turbo off of craigslist.

Also, I am pretty sure it is called a he351ve, not vgt.
v= variable geometry
e= electronically controlled
 
Yeah im not queit sure what the difference is i beleive its something with the wastegate but thats just what i was told it was so i put that. Iv heard of guys putting then on twins and runnings as singles on 12v and they like them alot.
 
Its a variable geometry turbo thats electronically controlled. It has a ring with veins on it that moves in and out by an electronic actuator. 99% of the time the turbo is removed because the electronics fail resulting in poor turbo performance and loss of the turbo brake. I have a couple sitting round with bad electronics.
